Okay that got a little boring at the end... sorry... now I'd like to read to you a little poem I'd like to call Outside In A Tree:

Outside in a tree
Is really fun indeed
And when you are upside down
Your knees get tight.
When you hang upside down
When you're knees are tight
And you are flying a kite
On your big toe
Your big toe gets tight
So you are fine with only one arm
You with one band flip it over
